You describe the role in a few words, then the Sourcing agent clarifies your need: location, minimum experience and what matters most to you. It searches more than 400 million profiles, shows you a few to learn from your feedback, then hands you a ranked list with a score out of 5 and the reason for every rank.

The profiles come only from public sources. They cover the whole world, every job and every level of experience, and are refreshed every thirty days, so your candidate search relies on recent information.

Each profile gets a score out of 5 and the reason for its rank: years of experience in the job, distance from the role, availability. Points to confirm are flagged, for example ‘To check: availability’. Your answers on the first profiles (would you contact them or not) adjust the ranking, for instance to accept related jobs or stick to the exact one.
