Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms of use (ToU) define the terms and conditions for using the services offered by SKILLEE, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €1,000, registered with the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under number 999 363 237, with its registered office at 13 Avenue de Villeneuve l'Étang, 78000 Versailles (hereinafter "Skillee"), as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

2. Acceptance

Access to and use of the service are subject to acceptance of and compliance with these ToU. By accessing the service, the user unreservedly accepts these terms.

3. Service Description

Skillee offers an innovative recruitment and application assistance platform, including:

• AI Interviews: Automated interviews using artificial intelligence allowing candidates to apply without a traditional resume
• Resume Generation: Automatic creation of resumes from information collected during interviews
• Embeddable Widget: Technical solution allowing companies to integrate Skillee directly into their career sites
• Recruitment Consulting: Operational assistance to companies in human resources and recruitment matters

Features and access methods may evolve. Users will be informed of any substantial changes.

4. Registration and User Account

Access to certain features of the service requires creating a user account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

All elements comprising the Skillee platform (software, algorithms, interfaces, content, brands, etc.) are the exclusive property of Skillee or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, or exploitation is prohibited.

6. Personal Data

Skillee is committed to processing users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

Skillee strives to ensure the availability and proper functioning of its services. However, Skillee cannot be held responsible for interruptions, bugs, or malfunctions beyond its control.

The user remains solely responsible for their use of the service and the information they provide.

8. Modification of ToU

Skillee reserves the right to modify these ToU at any time. Users will be informed of any changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These ToU are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Skillee's registered office.
